My daughter has always been a huge Walt Disney fan, from the movies to the theme park itself. So, when offered the opportunity to help represent Vermont at the Food & Wine Exposition at Epcot Center in 2005, I couldn’t resist the invitation. I did a series of cooking demonstrations involving Vermont cheeses and one of my favorites ingredients, phyllo dough.
