Light...Elegant Summer Dishes

Quick..easy..delicious, with an eye on elegant.. We will offer inspiring ideas for building meals around the season's best produce and fruits..We will make light meat/poultry dishes as well as colorful vegetable main dishes and salads that are very satisfying for dinner. In addition we will include the use of fresh herbs..fresh fish..and Asian vegetables into our recipes in this class.

My favorite Gazpacho.. Vermont Corn Canoe's.. Lobster Mac and cheese..(o.k. not that light..but great in summer months when Lobster is more reasonable).. making Asian coleslaw..asian cucumber salad..really delicious grilled steak salad..sous vide Salmon with shiitake dressing..light herb sauces for a variety of grilled meats..and juicy grilled pork tenderloin that is so easy to impress plus more. You can be sure we'll have some good ideas and foods on the menu for this class! We want you out of the kitchen for the warm summer our emphasis in this class is on quick..yet elegant and light meals!
